Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier performance.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on the best available option for your order).

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable).

Delays (Carrier / Weather / Holidays)

Delivery delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volume, carrier backlogs, or other events outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Missing / Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Please check around your property and with household members/neighbors first.

Then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at support@spotlessdepot.com
 so we can assist.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review and make it right.

Order Changes / Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
